Terrible experience. Had an issue with coolant levels and was told the pump needed replacing. Pump got replaced and 2 days later I'm again having the same problem and had to take car back to BMW Sytner again. Very unhappy with the level of service

Maddi did a very good job. Good communication. The car failed the MOT due to a damaged tyre. I knew this from the health check video. Maddinphoned quickly and asked if I wanted you to replace the tyre with a good quote. Problem resolved.

After giving my wife the keys back we were told it needed a MOT and there was a engine light on which we assumed it was to do with the brake service , then my wife was quoted a very expensive price to put it on the diagnostic machine ?

Customer service was better than I expected and better than any other manufacturers i have had cars from. I had a dedicated service assistant who was brilliant at her job, made me feel relaxed, sorted the courtesy car quickly.

Even after the repair works, the car is still showing up the same warning signs. It is quite strange and seems like lack of attention to detail while the repair were being conducted.

Very polite staff, as always. The cost for the service was astronomical despite gaining some discount. The parts pricing for filters is offensive and scares private customers away. Advised to go to body shop for wheel repair price...it was closed!?!?
